Patient Care Technician/Nurse Technician 10 Days Only!!
Patient Care Technicians work under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse. Patient Care Technicians;known as PCT's; work in a variety of clinical setting. PCT's work in hospitals,long-term care facilities and other medical facilities. They perform a variety of technical skills as performing vital signs, EKG's,venipunctures, assisting the nursing staff and providing patient care.
This course includes clinical rotation at area hospitals.Students practice patient care skills in simulation lab and inpatient hospital facilities.
